Terms of use

The service

Video Asset Manager is an online tool for cutting videos into clips, editing them and posting them to TikTok and YouTube. The service is provided by Video Asset Manager. You’re responsible for your account and password, and for the actions of the people you invite to your team.

Subscription and payment

Your content

Everything you upload and make stays yours. You let us store and process your files only so the service can work: show, cut, render and post them where you tell us to. You confirm you have the rights to the videos, music and images you upload and publish.

What’s not allowed

Posting to TikTok and YouTube

We post on your behalf only what you publish or schedule yourself. Platforms may reject, limit or remove a post under their own rules, and that’s outside our control. Until VAM passes TikTok’s audit, TikTok posts are visible only to you.

Storage

Your files are kept on your Google Drive (if you connected it), and on the server each team member has 5 GB of working space for what’s in progress. When it fills up, files already on Drive free the server on their own; if nothing can be freed, new files aren’t saved and existing ones stay. Space on Google Drive is up to your Google plan. Keep copies of important files: we do our best to keep the service running, but we can’t promise it will never break.

Ending

You can delete your account any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll warn you first when the situation allows.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, lost profits or decisions made by social platforms, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

If the terms change in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know in the app or by email. Questions go to hello@vam.pro. How we handle data is on the Privacy page.
